Bankstown City First Grade Squad 2014

Adam Biddle

Brings an enormous amount of experience to the club. Looking to impress the Lions faithful with his high work rate and deft touch.

Brad Boardman

Prolific goal scorer looking to give Bankstown the final touch in front of goal that the club craved for much of last year.

Ivo Bosnar

The calming influence in the middle. Ivo brings both influence and presence in the midfield, two traits which are huge gains for the Lions.

Aaron D'Mello

Looking to follow on from an impressive season in 2013 and will be a key player in the squad.

Billy Darwich

Uncompromising midfielder who has shown he has what it takes to change a game in an instant.

Todd Halloran

Another player who exceled in 2013 with his speed and aerial ability, two key ingredients in his repertoire.

Dominic Hudap

Dominic's work rate in the midfield is a positive for Bankstown and if he continues where he left off in 2013, he's in for a big year.

Huseyin Jasli

One of the many new faces in the Bankstown squad. Huseyin's speed and direct running will cause plenty of headaches for his opposition. Can score from anywhere.

George Nohra

The General who marshals his troops superbly. Has the respect of his team mates, opposition and everyone within the club. Class player.

Reuben Lagos

Has a never say die attitude. He will trouble the opposition in both attack and defence and will never let his team down.

James O'Rourke

Tough defender. Anticipates well and is calm on the ball which is a plus playing out from the back.

Sam Salameh

Young wing/back who will be looking to follow on from an impressive 2013. Will run his opposite number into the ground.

Shane Webb

Has tasted success in the Premier League with the Lions before and is one of the most experienced players in the competition. Can turn defence into attack in a blink of an eye.

Thomas Kovacs

Young local product from Panania RSL. Thomas has huge potential with a great attitude towards developing. A whole pre season with the senior squad will help.

Peter Vassillis

Experienced and versatile player who has helped Bankstown to silverware in the past. Looking to have another big season in 2014.

Matt Nemes

Custodian brought to the club in the off-season. Great shot-stopper.

Grant Lynch

Defender with an attacking mindset. Looks to go forward often and will no doubt give the scoreboard attendant a bit of work to do. Very strong in defence.

Kodjo Etonam Adjassou

Quick attacking player that can turn the defence inside out. Will work hard to create and score goals all day.
